This course uses innovative training techniques, to develop your Yachtmaster Level skills, and teach you how to teach.
During the course, you will discuss how different people learn, and how you can adapt your training to suit different needs. You will go through course programming, how to organise your timetable and develop lesson plans. During practical sessions you will learn how to set up exercises to achieve a successful training outcome, in order to get the best out of your students.
Obviously there is a level of assessment during the week, and students are expected to be up to speed with their theory knowledge and practical skills, therefore recent sailing practice is strongly recommended.
The course is split between 1 day in the classroom, followed by 4 days on the yacht.
