The Diesel Engine Course is designed to give you the skills to get your boat home, if you suffer from a basic engine fault. This course is ideal for anyone who charters or is a boat owner.
You will get to work on a real engine in a workshop environment, learning all about the diesel engine, how it works, and what might make it stop. Your instructor will set up some faults, requiring you to fix them in a systematic manner. During the session you will learn how to bleed the fuel system, replace fuel, oil, and air filters, and replace a pump impellor.
This is hands on training at its very best.
