Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the ondeckshop.com site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and ondeckshop.com unless, and until, an email is sent by ondeckshop.com to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by ondeckshop.com of your offer to buy goods from ondeckshop.com and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
ondeckshop.com are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders
We aim to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, however, please allow 21 days for delivery.
Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Dubarry products and Safety Equipment may take up to 21 days to deliver as we only hold limited stock on our shelves.
Some items may be unavailable.
We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by ondeckshop.com
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 20%.
We only ship to the United Kingdom. Any agreed shipments outside of the UK may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. The buyer will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to shipment and goods will not be shipped without agreement from the buyer.

Limitation of Liability
This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Except as set out below, neither ondeckshop.com nor any of its directors or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

ondeckshop.com does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, ondeckshop.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify ondeckshop.com of the problem in writing to us here within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (please state your Order No.)
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email shop@ondecksailing.com with your order details.
ondeckshop.com does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the ondeckshop.com website or for any products purchased from the ondeckshop.com website. ondeckshop.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on ondeckshop.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Governing Law
All purchases from ondeckshop.com are subject to United Kingdom Law.
Modification of Terms
ondeckshop.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the ondeckshop.com site.
